The Concession Stand sells the following beverages; hot cocoa (if it is cold out), soda, water, and gatorade,  Hot dogs, brats, hamburgers, chips, cookies, crackers and assorted candies will also be sold.

Volunteers are expected to help in the Concession Stand with the setup, grilling, sales, prep work and take down.

MAYS is also asking the Team Parents of all teams to arrange for a family on their team to supply the concession stand with baked goods each time your team is listed below.  The concession stand sells these items for $.25 each.  We are looking for individually wrapped rice krispy treats, cookies, brownies, cupcakes or baggies of trail mix, or even individually wrapped Little Debbie type snacks, things of that nature.  We would like to request 2 dozen of whatever items they choose to bring and donate. 

There will be a binder at the concession stand every night which will be the MAYS Volunteer Log. Parents are to come and sign in with the date, name, time spent, and task done in order to get credit towards getting their $25.00 "Volunteer Fee" refunded.  It is their responsibility to come and fill it out.
